感想

今回は、地方出張と他部門横断型の怪人開発のエピソード。
地方の秘密結社との交流って目的は何だろうか？
どの悪の組織も世界征服が目的だと思うので、当面の敵はヒーローだとしても
最終的には、地方の組織もライバルになるはずだ。
地域ごとに不可侵協定のようなものを結んでいるのかな？
怪人開発のエピソードは、社会人であればいろいろと思うところがあるだろう。
僕が感じた問題点は、開発部が直接他部門と交渉しているところだ。
もちろん設計へのインプットは重要事項ではある。
ただ、個別の部署の要望を丸呑みにして設計変更を行うのは良くない。
設計変更の可否はプロジェクトリーダーに判断を仰ぐべきだろう。
そして、怪人が負けたときの責任をプロジェクトリーダーに負ってもらうというのが筋だ。
